Hi
Im Charlotte and have been practicing Ashtanga Yoga for the last 10 years and now exploring my practice into a more Dynamic Flow Yoga with music. I trained with Himalaya Yoga Valley in India 2009 and since then I have experience workshopping with actors in rehearsals and private lessons.
I would love to start teaching in a studio/ freelance in London now I feel my practice and knowledge has grown and developed. I have a very open and energetic outlook and like to bring this into my teaching.Whats important is to make sure that all yogi's are welcome and gather the greatest benefits no matter the level from the practice and be able to take their experience forward with them from the mat to their everyday life. From personally experience yoga has brought me an outstanding amount of grounding and support in my life and hope it can to others, and hope I can aid in this exploration.
I am very excited that this point has finally come and look forward to the future.

Weeklong courses of Hatha, Iyengar and Vinyasa Flow Yoga, along with Hiking, Capoeira, Dance Therapy, Tai Chi Chuan, and Massage Treatments, are offered in our warm and welcoming venue at YogaOnCrete, with the unspoilt wilderness of the small village of Chora Sfakion on the south of Crete in the background.
Accommodation is offered in our traditional stone guesthouse, just minutes walk from the village beach, with excellent crystal clear waters for swimming to be enjoyed in between classes.
