Yogic Digestive Tract Cleansing

This is a yogic Kriya (mentioned in the Gheranda Samhita, one of the Hatha Yoga texts) that cleans the entire digestive tract in a non-evasive and non-agressive way. It is a simple practice that uses slighty salty lukewarm water followed by a set of exercises practiced dynamically, with breath awareness and control. These will help carry the water all along through the digestive tract from the mouth to the colon.
Enemas and colontherapy are very beneficial practices to clean the colon, but Shankprakshalana goes behond them as it cleans the whole digestive tract. It brings inumerous benefits for the entire organism and a strong feeling of rejuvenation and lightness.
Along with the cleansing technique itself, there will be yoga, meditation and sauna. Food is very simple as it is required while doing this practice. Vegan/Vegetarian options available and, of course, organic.
