- Metta was
established to provide people with a
single source of Complementary and Alternative health information together with holistic contacts
throughout the UK. Metta.co.uk
and Metta.org.uk are one in the same. For
historic reasons the .org.uk was unavailable during
the initial set up. the .org.uk is simply there to
clarify the not for profit status. Metta continues to run at a small loss, however we hope to
cover the cost of running this service with advertising and sponsorship.
Any help you can offer in promoting and supporting Metta.org.uk is very welcome.

listings for therapies, workshops, activities and contacts for spiritual,

Alternative, from Aromatherapy through to Zen Buddhism. Including Tai Chi, Yoga, Massage,
wise words, books, teachings, music, food, therapies, treatments and a whole lot more.
We also aim to provide
listings throughout the UK to provide contacts and services within a 10 mile
radius of every home.
Metta will provide information on various forms of
Alternative Therapy together with both the main schools and governing bodies and
detailed listings of therapists and teachers, again this is hoped to include a full A-Z guide...So
much more to do....
